Initiate Your Request
Log into your NEXUS account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
